About Florabase

Florabase started out of frustration. I started growing plants — hydroponics, soil, a few attempts with coco — and quickly realized I was looking things up across different apps, spreadsheets and notebooks. There was no tool really built for hobbyists: no fluff, no monthly fees, no unnecessary complexity.

So I built it myself. As a side project, alongside my studies. What started as a simple plant journal grew into a full grow management platform — with AI diagnosis, nutrient tracking, sharing features, and an AI Advisor that actually understands what you're growing.

Florabase is built in public: I share what I learn and listen to community feedback. The goal isn't an exit — it's a tool that's genuinely useful, for everyone who grows plants.
